We are a up and coming boutique, design-led studio that specialises in private residential projects across NSW and Queensland, in addition we work in the retail, health and multi-res sectors. We have a strong pipeline of projects and are looking for a creative and passionate individual to join our team at our new office in Fennell Bay, Lake Macquarie.
Attributes and experience include:
- Professional presentation and communication with a good design sensibility.
- Min 3 years experience post graduate experience in detailed projects with ArchiCAD
- High proficiency in using ArchiCAD including documentation
- High proficiency in using Sketch up and adobe programs
- All-rounder capabilities with proven experience in all phases of a project including detailing and construction documentation
- Strong design eye and attention to detail
- Experience and keen interest in passive house design and sustainability is advantageous.
- Understanding of Australian standards, NCC.
- Experience working with a Volume Builder is highly advantageous.
- Positive, passionate and hardworking attitude.
- Exceptional customer service to internal stakeholders.
- The ability to prioritise, multi-task and meet deadlines.
- Excellent presentation and confident communication
- Demonstrated ability to design and manage documents and revisions control.
- Current drivers’ licence is required as you will need be able to drive our company car.
- The role requires some out of state travel, specifically Queensland and New South Wales.
Key Responsibilities
- Concurrently work across a number of Residential & Retail projects.
- Involvement with design, detailing, construction knowledge and contract admin.
- Support director and team mates as required.
