About the Role
You will use your experience to support and collaborate with the Lead Building Designers in the drafting and visualisation of designs providing design inputs as required.
You’ll liaise with clients, consultants and builders to ensure project deadlines are achieved.
You will develop your project management and design skills as you look after projects from client meetings to site measures/inspections and documentation.
Your experience and keen eye for detail will have you:
- Producing industry leading documentation using Revit
- Producing high quality renders to wow our clients using D5
About You
You are a motivated, ambitious and qualified building designer with a minimum of three years' experience working on residential design and drafting. You enjoy the creative and technical aspects of building design but also having client interactions and developing relationships with industry colleagues.
You have the following skills, experience and qualifications:
- High level of proficiency with Revit
- Intermediate D5 (or other visualisation software)
- Intermediate Microsoft Office Suite
- Minimum Diploma of Building Design or equivalent
- 3+ years building design experience in the residential sector
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent time management skills
- High level attention to detail
- Ability to apply relevant codes and covenants
- People person – team player, relationship builder
