Building Designer / Draftsperson
Tasman Design is an established Building Design and Drafting company based in the Illawarra region. We provide custom design plans in collaboration with our clients for residential, commercial, and industrial developments.
We are seeking an experienced draftsperson for a full-time position who will become a key part of our team as we continue to move forward into the future.
- Prepare DA & CC Applications and experience in writing reports and other related documents for council / building submissions
- Minimum diploma qualification of Architectural Technology
- High level of proficiency in Autodesk Revit & AutoCAD software
- Good knowledge of local council planning policies, Wollongong, Shellharbour and Kiama
- Excellent communication skills when speaking with clients, consultants and council
- Strong level of English skills that demonstrate professionalism
- Self-motivated, can work in a team environment and autonomously
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience
