About Emma Harriott
Emma is a Senior Associate based in Woodina Law 's Sydney office, practicing exclusively in insurance law since 2014. She has extensive experience defending general liability and professional negligence claims across Australia.
Her expertise includes claims against property owners, licensed establishments, construction companies, engineers, strata managers and real estate agents. Emma previously worked in- house at a major insurer, managing professional indemnity claims.
Emma is a confident advocate, regularly appearing in Court and conducting industry seminars. She is a member of AILA, Women in Insurance, NSW CDG and YIPS.
