TightKnit Building Design works in residential design with a focus on density: Multi-generational living, apartment living, single family home alteration and additions, projects to bring clients “Closer together”. We are searching for a registered Design Practitioner to guide our design team.
The ideal candidate to join TightKnit will:

Be offered fully flexible part-time work, ideally 20-25 hours over a 5 day work week.

Be entrepreneurial, TightKnit is as interested in new modes of working and doing business as we are in living.

Be comfortable producing in a flexible environment with team-members who also work remotely.

Be available to attend client meetings and site visits in Sydney.
Responsibilities

Design - A strong design background.

Design direction - People management skills

Consent process management - Knowledge and experience working the entire project consent process.

Process design - Always working to work better.
