Brenden Creed is co-director of BRD Group a Building & Interior Design Practice with offices in Brisbane & the Sunshine Coast, Queensland. He has over 27 years of Australian & International experience working on many successful projects. BRD Group is a multi-award winning practice committed to providing the highest quality Building & Interior Design service.

Brenden is a multi-faceted design professional with background and experience in building design, documentation & design management. As a Director of BRD Group he holds an Open Class Building Design licence with the Queensland Building & Construction Commission (QBCC). He is also a licensed Building Designer in Victoria through the Victorian Building Authority (VBA) & a Accredited Building Designer through the Building Designers Association of Australia. Brenden has worked in Australia and in the United Kingdom in Design offices, owned and operated his own Building Design business for 8 years before joining with Brad Read to form BRD Group in mid-2008.

Brenden is an award winning designer with experience across all stages of project delivery. He specialises in pre-design, concept design, client liaison and is experienced within a diverse selection of building design types including Master-planned Developments, Industrial and Distribution, Commercial, Corporate Retail, Hospitality, Aged Care, Childcare, Multi Residential & Residential projects.  Brenden has extensive experience in the retail sector having worked on large scale shopping centre projects from conception to completion.

Brenden is heavily involved in leading Advocacy for the Building Design profession in Queensland and throughout Australia. He is the Sub-Committee Chairperson of Advocacy for Building Design Queensland (BDAQ) and also the National Advocacy Chairperson for the Building Designers Association of Australia. Brenden's sole focus through the Associations he represents is to advocate, educate & promote the profession of Building Design. His leading role in both associations has provided a consistent approach in Queensland in discussions with Government, Regulators, Industry Stakeholders and the general public on key issues effecting Building Designers. Brenden is incredibly passionate about the Building Design profession and wherever possible looks to support its promotion and protection.
